YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
The fees for the medical services and procedures we provide are in conjunction with fee schedules set by health insurance companies. Our patient account representatives are available to assist you with billing and financial questions. It is important to us that you understand our services, their respective charges, your insurance benefits, and the process for billing these services. Information about the estimated charges of your health services at North Texas OB-Gyn Associates is available upon request. Please contact our main office at (972) 436-7557.
Co-pays, deductibles and/or co-insurance will be collected at the time of service as required by your health insurance plan carrier. If you are not covered by insurance, payment is expected when the service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
For your convenience, our practice accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also take Care Credit as a form of payment.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees
OUR OFFICE POLICY
We kindly request 24-hour notice for a cancellation, but we realize that life sometimes does not provide us with that opportunity. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. Our office has a $50 no-show charge. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in dismissal from the practice.

Bills from Outside Laboratories
OUTSIDE MEDICAL FEES TO CONSIDER
Our office sends specimens to outside laboratories for procedures and labs. Those services will be directly billed by the laboratory and although we are the ordering provider, the bill is from the laboratory. Please contact them directly by calling the phone number listed on the statement.
